"Found this qwaint latin gem and hope that it survives . The food is typical equadorian fare and prices aer very reasonable. I ate twice here .Once for dinner and the next day for breakfast (thats right) . For dinner I thouught I was hungry but after ordering only an appetiser I was full lol. I ordered whats called a Bolillo which is smashed green plantain thats filled will lil bits (a lot) of crispy pork rind ,meat and mozzetella cheese . its presented as a ball the size of a baseball over a meat sauce thats very flavorful . Im from Puerto Rico. and we have a similar dish albiet served differently that we call” mofongo”. It was delishcious ! After eatting I wss happily full. My suggestion would be to make it smaller or warn the person who may not know the portion size. The next day I ordered a very traditional breakfast thats served called Bsndeja paisa its a fried egg served over rice and beans with avocado and steak . Again very good . Please try this place out itll be worth the trip."
