"I ordered tacos to go because I've had them in the past & was happy w/ the food. But today was either a new crew on board or they just didn't want to work! It took twice as long for 8 than before, waiting time was doubled & tacos had very little in them, + they forgot the sauces! In the future, I can make my own @ home w/more ingredients along w/the sauce, & in a quarter of the time! Goodbye Taco Bell, you're going downhill really fast!"

"I waited 20 mins for my food. I ordered though the app. The app said "you're order is being made." After 20 mins I had to wave and jump to get the attention of an employee When I finally did. I said "pick up order for Frank." The bag off food was tossed at me and not a word said. Also the food was cold from sitting too long. Unacceptable"

"Serenity is the employee you want in every restaurant. We were in drive thru & not sure what to order! She was so gracious & patient. Then we got to window & she was terrific!! She offered us senior drink offer. No one has EVER done that at any drive in. She said she wouldn’t ask for ID this time, but certainly for the next. We couldn’t stop laughing. I’ve had a rough day & she brought joy to my spirit. I told her that actually this was my Halloween costume & I’m really only 16!! We were all laughing so hard!! Thanks Serenity for such great service!! Thanks Taco Bell for hiring such a GREAT employee!! I hope you recognize her somehow!! Have a great day everyone!!
