"I have been going to Brennan for about two years now. I really liked how she did my hair. However, the first time ever I missed an appointment due to having a miscarriage, I explained the situation to her and she pretty much told me too bad, that everyone goes through that and that I needed to pay her the full payment of my missed appointment which was about $150 to even re book with her again. She is completely insensitive. I really thought she would be understanding because she is the owner. I will never go back to her again. Everyone please be aware. Also as a side note the first time I ever booked with her two years ago I showed up and no one was even there and she had to reschedule my appointment after I drove 30min and took off of work. So therefore I figured she would extend the same courtesy that I offered her back then."
