"I ADORE Rachel and Nikki and won't go anywhere else. My daughters love having their "own" stylist with Nikki, who never one backed out of a conversation with my incredibly chatty 4 year old. And Rachel is incredible with curly hair. They're super personable and remember your name (even if it's a hot minute between cuts). I've sang Rachel's praises since I first met her, and will continue to do so because no one handles curls like she does!"

"I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment and sat down. Nobody was at the desk for me to check in nor did anyone acknowledge me. A simple hi or can I help you would have been nice. I actually thought about walking out when the employees were close enough to see me but didn’t bother to say hi. I wish I left because my haircut was not even (left side longer than the right). I asked for layers and none were added. The owner in her response to this review is right. She said to me “I thought someone else checked you in.” Which the begs the question, why not create a welcoming environment? Why is the assumption that someone else did it? Why not set a better example? Looking around, the conversations were strained amongst the stylists and clients. One stylists didn’t even speak to her client. It was very awkward. The salon is beautiful but the owner and stylists need to learn manners."

"Nicole did an absolutely wonderful job on my updo for prom, it looked amazing all night! Not to mention she always does a great job on my highlights!"

"$293 for a haircut and full head of highlights and a bottle of shampoo. I asked for a shoulder length cut and got a between chin and shoulder length cut. I will say the highlight colors are nice. I was in the chair for four hours and had to ask for water; no beverages were offered. There aren't even magazines to read. That price breaks down to $70/hr if I assume the shampoo was $13. I didn't receive an itemized bill. The prices they post on their website are nowhere near what they actually charge. And it was loud, lots of yackers!"
