"All beer taps are down, no salad or Mac, service took 15 mins to greet us, food took an hour and a half, the drinks were watered down and $10, and there is one other table here. Some of the burgers were incredibly burnt but others turned out great. The atmosphere is nice but the only thing good is the burgers."

"Went there once, party of 3. Food for one person came out. Nothing for the remaining 2 people. After 30 minutes we asked where the food was. We were told there was a kitchen issue and it will be out. The place was packed and other tables seated after us had their orders without any issues. So they forgot our food. Another 15 minutes and the remaining food is brought out, a warm soggy salad that I couldn't eat and bland, rubbery mac n cheese (it seemed like it was microwaved to reheat it). Ok, we paid and left. It was a busy event and figured it was an off day and we would try the place again. Less than a week later, I went to purchase a gift card. I walked in at 830pm, they close at 9pm. I was told they closed early and if I wanted a gift card to come back the next day. No thanks. I am glad I saw they just randomly close early and their lack of customer service is consistent. Overall, a dismal experience, overpriced food, very poor service."

"We attended the Harry Potter event. I can't say enough about it. It was absolutely wonderful. It actually felt like you were in Hogwarts. The staff were amazing. Everyone wss so nice and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious. We have already made plans to return. Thank you so much for an unforgettable everything. It was perfect !!!!"

"I'd give 10 stars! This place is excellent. Staff, bartenders, and wait staff are amazing. Manager Carl goes above and beyond and bartender Gloria does the same. Food is always top notch and service is great every time. Entertainment is always great too, especially line dancing on Thursdays! Beginner dances are always taught followed by harder dances too. It's a perfect night out for anyone! Keep up the good work guys"
