"I have been going here for around two years now without a single issue. This trip there was an older white lady who took the time to cut my hair. I have not changed my style of haircut for this entire length of time and get the same thing. She double checked and said my normal request which was correct. I have curly hair so I always get the top cut only a small amount to still keep it long. After closing my eyes to block the hair, when I checked again my curls were cut down until I almost had none left. I had to ask her to stop the haircut. Completely ruined an extremely easy cut that normally takes around 15 minutes."

They put a personal touch in every cut. Only thing Upper Management needs to do is get them dam TV’s fixed that keep turning off in the middle of my haircut. Wow what an inconvenience.
