"My experience was a joke. When a customer asked questions about a product and you’re uncertain or do not know. Just be honest. Don’t assume that the customer doesn’t have any experience or knowledge with firearms. I then asked about pricing and the wait time. He abruptly stated that there was not any more to discuss without an HQL. Again assuming I didn’t know what it was or if I possess one. So much for customer service! I tried to support a local small business. Shop elsewhere and don’t waste your time!"

"I’ve been to many gun stores in my life and have been a hobbyist since I was a kid. I can say, with the benefit of having been to many stores, that this is a good gun store. It is small, but the owner or whoever is doing the purchasing has great tastes in selecting which guns to stock. They’ve got a lot of nice stuff in there. The store is small, or maybe average size, but very nice. You may sometimes be able to find a slightly better price elsewhere, but I find that that’s the case with pretty much every gun store - there’s always someone with better prices. One thing I can definitely say, though, is that the customer service is top notch here at this store and that this is the type of place that you can feel good about spending your money at. Personally, I am happy to spend a few dollars more for the level of service that I get at this store. Suffice it to say that I highly recommend this place."
