"12/15/2023 @ 6pm Atrocious customer service. Stood in line at customer service because I needed to purchase a gift card. They were taking returns (out of order) over those needing to check out. I don't know how to purchase a GC through self checkout and sometimes they don't even have anyone checking IDs over there. The lady at customer service kept yelling at people to leave her line and checkout elsewhere. She took another return over me and told me to go to the power zone after I had already waited a considerable time. Power zone had 6 or more people in line needing to check out as well. I went back to the front. The lady working is snippy, and that's putting it very nicely. After I finally made it to the front (again), she asked me if I had a return even though I had already told her I had a GC. I matched her snippiness and she finally chilled out and changed her tone. It's a shame that I have to get upset to be treated with dignity. As she rung me up she then proceeded to tell me that everywhere was cheaper than the exchange. I finally had to tell her I don't buy things at the exchange to save money. I saw at least 4 other employees in the front and yet they only have one person working customer service. AAFES really failed here."

"Where to start… 1) Overpriced significantly, good luck on price anything, they will roll eyes and “puff” each time 2) Rude associates, will continue to talk on phone, or text and make the customer way until their done with their personal conversations 3) Lazy associate who’s do not want to help, or will simply “pawn” you off to someone else 4) Always out of stock 5) Selection of items are at least a year + old"

"Huge store. Great prices. Plus people there is very friendly! Also you can find a Starbucks store. At the Exchange they have furnitures, televisions, clothes, what they DON’T have anymore is cellphones, they used to have , but not anymore! Really you can’t beat Navy Exchange, they have GREAT DEALS."
