"Friends and I went tonight and we absolutely had a great time. Awesome and extensive song selection (was a tad bit disappointed they didn’t have some of the ones we were looking for but not the biggest deal. We were still able to sing a ton of songs) and loved the fact that they had instruments to use aside from just singing. My only real complaint was with the cleanliness and condition of the facility itself. The room we were in had water damage on the ceiling tiles and the restrooms looked like they were in desperate need of renovation (broken table next to the sink, debris on the floor, also the water from the sink was ice cold even with the hot water knob turned all the way on). Honestly with some deep cleaning and a good facelift, this place could be a really great spot"
"The song selection software is terrible and not intuitive. The touch screen barely worked. The songs selection was poor and lyrics off time. The bathrooms were disgusting with the men's door broken. The mics were poor quality and had connection noise. My brother left to get some beer telling the worker this and he waited until my brother came back to tell him there would be a 20% surcharge for having alcohol. Here is what you are going to do. Take the $100-200 you will spend in a room for an evening and buy karaoke software and mic to hook to your lap top or TV. My experience with them was significantly better than this place."
"Overall just not a good experience. A lot of the lyrics in the songs were either wrong or we’re too early or late in the song. Very dirty and unsanitary. The rooms had busted couches, dirty floors, smelled terrible, etc. The music is outdated and it was very confusing as to how to pick which songs you wanted. The guy that was there just seemed annoyed and like he didn’t want to speak to my friends and I. Most of the time we were trying to figure out to choose songs then singing because there are no directions and he didn’t explain how to use the system. The speakers were trash and made static noise at random times and at one point the system stopped working. The pricing is terrible and confusing and the experience just all around sucked. Do NOT waste your money here."
"I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I cannot believe the owner of this place. This man was rude to us as soon as we entered the place, even though we had just asked for the prices of a 4 person room. We were rudely corrected about the price and he told us there was no mini room available ALTHOUGH we had CALLED AHEAD and double checked before reserving. We said that was okay because we wanted to make the best of the night. We were led upstairs to a SMALL room that looked like the mini. I would know because I have visited this same place with a group of 7, and this room was less than half of that size. We didn’t think much about it, till halfway where we started to question it. We finished our session and went down to pay. My friend respectfully asked him if the room we were placed in was the mini or not, and he rudely interrupted her by telling her the prices were told at the beginning. He didn’t even stop to listen to my friend and just kept rudely attacking her. I wonder how he feels scamming college students who are looking for a fun time. I don’t recommend anyone visiting."
"We had a good time because we made the best of the experience. However, the music catalog is dated and limited. The room we were in was NOT clean, the furniture was torn and it looked like the carpet has never been vacuumed. We were under the impression that it was $50/ hour. When we were leaving we were told it’s $70/hour. We certainly wouldn’t have paid that to sing in a dirty frat house."
