"More ego and pride than customer satisfaction. "The owner", had however, shown up at a moments notice upon my search for an early morning inquiry to service my fourteen y/o son to reshape his temp tape. hearing after the fact that he'd also had what was supposed to be lining up my boys little shadow of a stache. I wasn't aware there was a stache growing in.The descriptive notion my boy showed me with his hand gestures, triggered my imagination of how he manipulated the clippers, to me, seemed either 1.sexual or 2. he became a magician / wizard or 3. he just simply wasn't really interested in investing a few minutes out of his morning into us. Rather than just a simple line-up. So I'll add him as Cocky and chaverniatix. Maybe it stems from some personal issues he chose to share with me. That was unprofessional. Lack of tact & no sense of for the community. First impressions .Just an observation of first impressions. We would have loved to experience the Five- Star treatment that some customers received. A little disappointed and the search for an consistent Master Barber continues."
