"We thought everything was good: the food, the staff, and the cleanliness. BUT!! No coffee??!! Apparently the coffee maker has been unusable for months! What?? Come on Taco Bell - get them a new coffee maker !!"

"I went in to order inside because my daughter needed to use the bathroom. Usually, I order through drive thru. It took them 30min to make my order ready(beefy 5 layer burrito (modified), and a nacho fries box, with drink). I try to be patient as maybe they are short staffed? But I see people through the drive thru going by much faster, and people before me even waited just as long as me. When I got home the food was unfortunately cold and I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, no beans, add rice, and Chipotle sauce (basically a quesoritto) the young man read it back to me the same way I said it so I agreed. I took a few bites and noticed it was just a beefy 5-layer burrito without my special instructions. I'm sorry but for 30 minutes and being so patient I'm very, very disappointed in the time I waited and didn't even have what I ordered. From here on forward, I will no longer be ordering inside with the hopes I can actually get my fast food.....fast."

"I don't typically go to taco bell, but when I do it's to try new things. I tried the new "dipping taco"... pic speaks for itself. Barely edible. Also I asked for sauce while waiting for my food and was told okay, and then when I drove away I had no sauce in the bag. I had to go back and get it myself inside."
