"Floors first thing in the morning look disgusting. If the floors look like that for customers to see then I can only imagine how dirty it is in the back. Cracked toilet bowl covered in urine stains. Place has to have roaches from how gross the whole place was. First and last time giving them my business."

"I ordered ahead on the app. The app indicated the store was open. When I got there, the store was locked and no employees were there. This was around 6:30AM, so it looks like whoever was supposed to open the store never showed up that day. I had to contact Dunkin through the app for a refund (that I’m still waiting for a week later). Very disappointed and won’t go to this location again."

"When I pulled up in my car the music they had inside the store was loud and very vibrant. I myself enjoy that very much. As soon as I walked in they turn the music off. Expressed keep it on I love the sound. To gentlemen said no you’re the customer and we need to focus on you and then hear you. I was greatly impressed by they were a lot younger than me. I took my order for filled it quickly everything was hot and fresh. The Dunkin’ Donuts was very clean and organized. I always stop out this way at this Dunkin’ Donuts when I’m in Chester County I appreciate the great service and the very clean store. However when you see me coming play the music loud and proud"

"I haven't been here in a while, but some people have said they don't have all the donut types. Those people are wrong. This little shop had everything I could ask for, were fully stocked, and had very personable staff (and at 8:30 on a Sunday morning no less!). I purchased a dozen donuts with my cell phone, along with an extra large blueberry coffee, which was to die for. One of the servers even complimented my jacket! 10/10, will definitely come back again."
