McDonald's 1101 Chestnut Street, Emmaus, PA 18049

"I order ahead of time and still end up waiting most of the time. It's nice that it's fresh but it's expected to be quicker service."

"I ordered a Coke to pick up, paid in app. The person at the counter asked if I needed to order, I replied, "Iordered a Coke, just need the cup." Then she walked away. A guy comes from the back and asked if I need to order, I said no, I ordered, just need a large cup. He looks at his friend who just walked into the store and starts talking. 2 others come from the back and start talking to the guy, including what appeared to be a manager. The second guy looks at me again and asks, "did you get your cup?" I show him my empty hands and he says, "oh, I know your told me you ordered a drink." Then grabbed a cup for me. 10+ min wait for a cup. Guess I'm not coming to this location again. I'd hate to come in at the same time as a workers friend again."

"I've always enjoyed McDonald's but only their fish fillets. I don't like the meat that they use or the chicken by products. Although I have to say that all of the employees at this McDonald's are kind and very welcoming."

"This McDonald's food is as expected. No better, no worse than usual. This location is newer and so is modern and has a really great play area for kids - it's huge! The service at any McDonald's I've been at isn't the best typically, which is the par. But this location was particularly not good with customer service. The employees are nice, sure, but they were inattentive and dismissed concerns about a spill by saying "we know about it already." Very telling of the level of care they put into this nice, new restaurant, which is a shame. But my daughter still loved the play area, and it's a very convenient location. Maybe just drive through it instead of dining in!"

"Pretty much every McDonalds is about the same, not much to say really. For this location specifically though, it’s about average. I find that the quality of the food here is at best mediocre. In the past, I would avoid this location and go elsewhere because I would constantly get overcooked/burnt chicken sandwiches, flat soda, soggy fries, etc. It has improved somewhat, but is still hit or miss most of the time. I recommend the Macungie location more so because they seem to have consistently better food than the Emmaus location."
