Wawa

"I understand I'm not ordering gourmet, this is gas station food, I get it. And I know this store is relatively new, maybe about a year old. But the food I order from this Wawa in particular is consistently awful. If I'm not getting shorted on portions, my order is often outright incorrect. And if it was an occasional issue, I wouldn't bother to come rant here. But it happens so often I'm just conditioned to dread ordering from this store. I continue to do so out of convenience, stubbornness, and stupidity. But I'm going to leave pics of every order that is substandard moving forward. In this instance, I got a mac and cheese bowl with chicken tenders and buffalo sauce. Buffalo Mac n cheese bowl. Easy. Come on now."

"This location always makes really good coffees, smoothies, etc. Better than other Wawa’s."

"Order a pizza for delivery, Driver showed up in neighbors driveway, and walked across the yard, driveway clearly marked. Pizza was cold, and BURNT. Worst pizza I ever had. Failure all around."

"Why have sanitizer dispensers if not one is ever refilled when empty? Same for the windshield cleaner. Attendants need to do more attending."

"Well, this is a nice new Wawa with good gas prices, available Ethanol free fuel and 24 hours operation, but they really need to work out some customer service issues with their online food ordering. I usually order via the app and pay in store, and they just can't seem to get it right at this location. I'll save most of the details, but tonight I ordered online paid at the self-checkout at 8:54pm (food was supposed to be ready by 9:00pm) and waited until 9:08pm before they asked what we were waiting for. Turns out they held our food behind the register because it wasn't paid when made, and they didn't bother to see that we had paid via the self-checkout. So basically, we got very cold fries and burgers and when I calmly told the worker this wasn't acceptable, she rudely shrugged and walked away.... Wawa, you need to fix the online ordering and self-checkout situation. I have not encountered problems like this with online ordering at any other Wawas."
