"The customer service is HORRIBLE! None of the Barbers greeted me when I came in, and none of them offered their assistance as I sat there for an entire 45 minutes. Instead, they casually ignored me as they sat around cracking jokes and eating chicken boxes, and when I finally asked one of the barbers if he could cut my hair, he stated that he was about to leave, and shortly thereafter, another customer that he knew personally came in, and he cut his hair without hesitation. They’ll NEVER get my business."
