"The snarky staff here ruin this store, which is a real shame. We picked up a shirt, prepared to pay full price for it (wasn't on sale though many racks were) and we asked if any other shirts by this brand were on sale elsewhere in the store. The response we recieved was a look up and down and "were any other shirts marked? No? Then no" in a very nasty tone. So sorry that patrons finding brands they liked in your store was such an imposition?? As others have noted- everything in this store can be bought online and without the attitude. When I shared my experience with my mother- expecting her to be shocked- she laughed and said this is typical behavior which is why she hasnt shopped there in years- since they tried to fight her on the same day exchange of an item that was KNOWINGLY sold to her with missing pieces. Truly surprising experience, and not up to the warm and helpful standard usually experienced when shopping the other businesses in St. Michaels."

"Nice selection, good quality, and helpful staff. My wife and I both like this store a lot and stop by when we are in town. - Update: We were just recently in St Michaels and stopped in the store a couple of times. Very friendly and helpful staff and a good selection of locally oriented merchandise and casual wear. We always find some nice things there. Ordered online after regretting not picking some more things out when we were in town. My order was shipped within an hour of placing it, and arrived at my front door within 24 hours. Amazing customer service!"

"We were there on Saturday. Bought a pair of shoes. We were then admonished by some battle axe, as we approached the door we entered, to exit. “ You shouldn’t have come in that door to begin with” They even barricaded it, with a bench, after we entered!!! Seems like a fire hazard in the making!!! Will be filing a report with the local fire department. What an annoying old sow!!! Retire or stay away! We were there 1-15-2022 Never again!"

"Worst customer service EVER. Drove an hour out of our way to support a small business to get flip flops that are easily ordered online. I asked to use the bathroom since my 3 year old was doing the potty dance and was told to use the public bathroom down the street. This is fine however if you are going to deny a 3 year old the use of your facilities then don’t allow another customer in front of my husband to use them. It’s rude. We were paying customers and will never spend another penny at this establishment."
