"If I would rate them I’ll give them no stars, not even given the rating on a haircut because I don’t doubt their haircut skills but never did my child experience one from them, last week was the 3rd time I step foot with my son at that barber shop and he left out of there with out a cut, I’m from New York City born and raised I feel highly offended that the barbershop is named after my city … when I went in there mind you it was dead and it was a rainy day, no one acknowledge that I was there with my son it took a person I was familiar with to tell them like you should attend to me, I was highly frustrated, at that time I was 5 days postpartum and in a lot of pain… never again will I attempt to go in there to get my son a haircut I don’t even care how desperate I am."
