"I have to order from the "special diet" menu, due to many medical issues and always order shrimp, chicken/ w/ mixed veggies sauce on the side. The difference between a Friday and a Sunday night in the food, lost a star, as on a Friday it was tasted and tossed in the trash, but on Sunday, maybe slow or diferent cook the food was amazing, and the sauce even better, (garlic)! I can see that they only have brocoli but make up for it with generous portions of the protein on Sundays, so no mixed veggies on the menu was a half star, only until I got my meal tonight, and having had great ones before, this one was a zero, not what I ordered, w/ sauce on the side! !0/7/2023"
"Not bad. I liked general tso's chicken."
"Tiny spot for take out and delivery just a block or two from the U. Ordered fried dumplings, Singapore mei fun (xx spicy) and a shrimp lo mein to go. There's a house special soup in the photo, but that's breakfast tomorrow morning (but it smelled fantastic). The mei fun was delightful, and they got the spice right. It could be pushed higher, but I was really happy with feeling a little burn but still having all of the flavor The lo mein was the star of the show for me. The sauce was slightly smoky and coated everything. The noodles were fantastic, as well. The only thing that wasn't a hit were the fried dumplings. They were completely passable, but I was really hoping for a flavor bomb there, flavors were just fine...and they were just too oily, to boot. Overall, very, very good spot for the noodle dishes. I'll definitely be coming back to try some more...or whenever I have a lo mein craving."
"Honestly I’m not sure why you’d get Chinese from anywhere else but here. The food is good, has lots of choices, and prepared/delivered in reasonable times. Love the workers and owner, you can tell how hard they work even when the weather isn’t too great. My favorites have to be a lot of the combos, cheese wontons, wonton soup, pork fried rice, and boneless spare ribs."
