"One guys ok other guy is not"
"We gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to speak with the owner. He was very rude to me but of course was super pleasant with my mother when I told him she was the buyer. I went to ask why the rest of our items hadn't been delivered. We bought 2 dressers one tall and one long plus a bed frame. We got 2 stories one from his employee stating that the bed wasn't supposed to be included in the sale due to the owner and his daughter having a disagreement after it was sold to us. So I went to talk to them since they never called us for months. I was having a surgery and needed the bed to sleep on in the first floor. I asked before my mother came into the store I was told we wouldn't be getting anything delivered because we didn't tip him. Why would we tip when he never came back to finish the delivery. He then told me that I would tip a person bringing my bag at a hotel. Yes I would but I also wouldn't be carrying my own bags as well. I had to carry the furniture because the employee wasnt able to get his helper to come. I was told if i wanted my item id have to come pick it up myself. I needed to take over the call my mom was on and she went in and spoke to him and he was singing a whole different tune with her. Saying they would deliver it and that the employee would be calling her to schedule. To this day no call has come our way we bought the item in June. At this point I want them to take their dressers back and refund my entire purchase. I will be calling and getting this taken care of if not I will be filing with the better business bureau and see what I can do with my mom's credit card to dispute the transaction."
