The condition and quality of the furniture is very good. We were looking specifically for oak furniture. The price was about what I thought it would be based on quotes we had for someone to custom build if we went that route. Delivery was included with the price and will be delivered in two days. I would say this is a must stop place if you live in butler county looking for furniture."
