"I have to give 3 stars. They are really great people without question. They did great job on my daughter’s bike. But not on my bike. I went there 2times same reason. My mike doesn’t show any problem on the stand, but the problem is only come up once you take a ride. The gears on my bike slip when I am pedaling, and also it can’t shift into certain gears. Shop believes rear derailleurs needs to be replace. But i believe index front and/or rear derailleurs by adjusting cable tension or any other solution without replacements."

When I went here though, it was relaxed friendly and helpful. The prices were fair and reasonable too. If your looking for a new or used bike get it from here."

"A-1 is the best local bike shop in VA. They will work with you to put you on the right bike at the right price. The staff are cyclists, so they know their stuff and genuinely care about bikes and cyclists. Excellent shop for service. Rebuilt my old wheels to perfection and returned them to me in only 1 or 2 business days. Ordered my new bike, got it here quickly, and expertly assembled it same-day. The manager is also a heck of a tour guide if you ever need to shred MTB trails nearby. They go above and beyond."
