"Brad did a great job of training a friend. However, I will never use it for gear purchases and maintenance. The clerk said he needed to check of the price of a mask and would call me. He never called. I dropped off regulators for service and called to check status and left a voice message. No return call. With supply chain issues (not their fault) for regulator parts, I asked them to change the batteries in the dive computers so we could use the computers on a trip. They changed the batteries in 2 of 3 of three computers and said the third one powered on, so they didn’t change the battery. They did not check the battery status, which showed low battery life. They eventually replaced the battery after I insisted. In all cases they made it clear there was no warranty for leaks. I now know why. They did not check the manufacturer’s instructions on changing the battery and used a rubber O-ring that they lubricanted. The OEM instructions say to use a Teflon O-ring and no lubricant. I’ve taken the computer to another dive shop to repair it before we leave on a dive trip. Not sure it will be done in time. After a frustrating night of trying to transfer data from three different computers now the batteries were installed, I decided to buy three new computers. The shop lost a sale as well as a customer."

"I signed up for the Advanced Open Water course. I drove 1.5 hours from Aberdeen only to realize I was a day early. I was welcomed in like I was family. Brad was helping another customer so I figured I would see what items the store had and then make my way back to Aberdeen. Brad told to sit, relax and chew the fat. Although I felt like I was "a bother" because they had the Basic Open Water course in a little but, Brad and his staff said it was no bother. We chatted about everything and I found out that Brad is a fellow Navy man. He answered my questions about my course and also about more technical courses. I'm glad that I chose Kent Island Scuba. The drive is definitely worth it. This is now my dive shop!!!"

"Shari and Brad were so great! My boyfriend and I had very limited time before we left for Indonesia and wanted to do a refresher together. They squeezed us in and made the only day we could do it work. On top of that Brad was a funny and very nice as he helped us run through our skills in the pool. Helpful employee as well, we came 20 minutes early and she helped us pick out new masks. We tried a few on and asked a bunch of questions that she answered. Thank you all very much!
