"Their hours say they’re open until 8pm but they closed at 7:15 pm on 9/20/2023. I was about to open the door to walk in when two employees walked out and said they’re closing now since one of their coworkers didn’t show up for work. Nice people I’m just annoyed by the inconvenience, but what do you expect nowadays."

"Ugh. I hate to be the guy that posts a negative review, but….This store is located in between DC and the beach. Most people stop on the way to or from the beach, which makes making an exchange or a return difficult to time. We tried to time our trip accordingly, but traffic played a role. We still arrived ten mins before closing time, but the staff had already closed shop. While they clearly closed early they wouldn’t let us in. When we called them while staring through the glass doors, they simply mocked us before handing up on us. I get it. You want to go home early, but no need to be obnoxious about it."

"Stopped in 15 mins before closing to find my daughter a pair of pants and Ms. Carol was AWESOME!!! She didn't try to rush us out but instead brought us several options to try until we found the perfect fit. She was so friendly and beyond helpful it was the best shopping experience I've had in a long time. We tried FIVE other stores in the outlets that same night and could hardly get a hello not to mention help. THANK YOU MS. CAROL YOU ROCK"

"Management is rude and not helpful. On one occasion I went to return a pair of pants and he accused me of taking off the tags and putting them back on. Not sure how I would even go about doing that and then most recently they refused my teacher ID because it wasn’t dated from the last year. I tried to explain that we aren’t issued new IDs every year but they still refused. I went the parking lot and ordered what I needed online and got the discount. I would rather wait 5-7 days for delivery than deal with this store again."

"I usually shop at J Crew but at this store my wife forgot her purse in the fitting room, we left the store, then came back in a few minutes and her purse was behind the front desk, the room she used was cleaned out and it was impossible that anyone else could have used that same room in that time. The employee there who cleaned out the room stole $400 dollars from her wallet, then when we were mentioning it to him that our money was missing he was trying to defend himself saying “I didn’t steal it, you can check me” even though we weren’t blaming him. The police came but there were no security cameras so they couldn’t do anything. Be careful at this store, if you can, go to a different J crew."
