"On my way home yesterday I stopped at the Carters Queenstown, Md Outlet store. The entire store had been rearranged and looked beautiful! Lots of lovely items. I want thank Denise, Mary and Bonnie for all of their help. These ladies are so nice, very knowledgeable and have great customer service skills! Honestly, ladies you make the whole shopping experience so much fun! Thanks again!"

"WOW Mrs Mary was AMAZING at the Queenstown location!!! She was such a pleasure to work with. She was patient with me in store trying to resolve my issue with a Christmas picture clothing size and trying to find a store remotely close that had the right size. I called rehobeth beach location where she said they had 18m and 24m which they told me they did not have. I processed to call back to Queenstown and tell her my situation at which she herself called to rehobeth and called me back to tell me that they indeed do have them and have both sizes on hold for me! THANK YOU MRS MARY!"

"I spend thousands of dollars at carters a year because I have 5 grandchildren under the age of 10. I usually have no problems. My daughter sent my mother into this particular store to exchange some items for a bigger size. My newest grandson grew faster than we all expected.. She was told that 12 Mos is considered a bigger size than nine months and she would have to pay the difference. I just happened to get them on sale at the time of purchase. All she wanted was bigger sizes on the things that you had in stock and we accomplished nothing. Thankfully this is not the store I deal with mostly and will not be going back that's for sure. If you want a great carters experience consider the Crofton location or the Arundel Mills locations. They have three times the stock, better hours and better management!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!"
