"I went into this store at the end of March. They were very busy and only had one sales rep - Natasha. I wanted a pair of tan dress shoes but she only had burgundy in the style I selected. When I opened the box, it was apparent the shoes had been tried on before and not much care was taken to wrap them up when they put them back in the box. I tried the on and decided to give them a try. I went to the counter with the shoes and a belt. Natasha came up and I thought her customer service skills were lacking. She was not very friendly or appreciative. I thought it was because she was understaffed and overworked at that point. I decided that I did not want to settle for burgundy and returned the belt and shoes with the receipt within the return policy. I had never worn the shoes and returned them to the store packaged better than when she gave them to me originally. She insisted I had worn the shoes and damaged them and wanted to charge me a ten percent return fee. I disputed her and she was very rude. She called security to witness the return which was a further insult. I told her that I had been a customer with my son for many years and the business decision she was making to charge me ten percent would cost them future sales from my family. She did not seem to care so I took my shoes and belt and left. I went home and called Johnston and Murphy Customer Service. They were very helpful, apologized and told me how to send the shoes back for a full refund. Natasha and her poor attitude are surely costing this location sales. I will never deal with her again. I am more willing to go to the mall and pay full price. People like this are why brick and mortar stores are going out of business!"
