"I worked with designer, Erica Sipos, and it was a great experience. Erica came to our home to study the layout and light of our living room, take measurements and get a feel for our style and taste. I then met her at the Waterfront store where she had a beautiful selection of rugs and fabrics. I went with everything she recommended and am very happy with her service. Only negative was the long time for delivery, probably due to pandemic and shortages of materials. But the quality of service overall was outstanding."

"Recently I had the distinct pleasure to furnish my new home with Ethan Allen furniture. I have always admired Ethan Allen design and started with the Jocelyn coffee table and end table that I purchased from a local Ethan Allen store. When the tables arrived, I loved them so much that I shopped the Ethan Allen website for an accent chair to complete my living room. I took advantage of the online chat feature to ask some design and pricing questions. I was pleasantly surprised with the design consultant's speedy response and her high level of design expertise and customer service. Erica worked with me via text, email and phone calls to find the perfect fabric and wood finish for my Caden chair. Over the next couple of weeks, I contacted Erica for advice in selecting a Cameron dining room table with eight Grayson arm chairs, as well as a beautiful Heston mirrored buffet. "Erica Sipos is our Unicorn!! We have recently completed a dining room renovation and could not start to express our gratitude with partnering with Erica and the quality of products that arrived at our home. Our process started over a year ago after we moved into our first house. We visit the local EA store but ended up on the website looking for some additional information and that is when Erica offered her time and services and the rest has been perfect. Even though she works out of a store 4 hours away I felt like we had a live in, always accessible design consultant. We were so happy with our first conversation and purchase that we detoured off a planned trip for a face to face meeting and of course no disappointment. Erica stayed 2 hours past the time she was suppose to leave to help get us started down the path of selecting the next pieces to finish off our dining room retreat. She pulled samples of things we thought we liked and offered samples of things she new would end up working. Not once were we ever pressured to make a purchase or a decision we were not completely comfortable with. Not only did she send us samples of everything we requested she would send us mock up pictures of anything we wanted to see before purchasing. During the above process Erica was always sure to drop us a line every couple months just to check in. Our blinds were the first to arrive and they didn't quite fit perfectly. Erica arranged return and replacement and they fit perfectly. Our table and chairs were next to arrive, and even though they were 6 weeks early, EA had no issue storing for us while we finished our projects. Delivery day was like Christmas. The delivery crew, father and son, were incredible. 20 mins start to finish. They set up our table, check the extensions, went over all the chairs and took away all the packaging. We were left with what feel like a tree of a table, Corin table in Loft, 6 great Cyra chairs and two incredible Thomas host chairs, all in perfect condition. If Erica would babysit our toddlers too we would be able to enjoy more than a bedtime board game!! ;) Truly an incredible experience from start to finish.
