Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"The food I ordered had items that my child is allergic to and the server left the food on the table. I had to wait for 10-15 minutes after being seated and another group that was seated after me, behind me, were served first. After returning with the corrected item, the server failed to notice that both empty drink cups were at the end of the table. Truly a disappointing experience. Aside from the atmosphere, this was an extremely unpleasant experience and they will not see my business again."

"Had the Royal Red Robin burger and it was extremely good. Beef patty was large and juicy, and cooked well. All the toppings were there, egg and bacon, and the roll was fresh and all around delicious. Fries are always good. Service was good despite being noticeably short staffed. Never disappointed at this Red Robin."

"Went to red robin for new years eve. Our waitress was amazing and fast with our food and drinks. I ordered the Ragin Cajun chicken sandwich, boneless chicken with island heat, bottomless rootbeer float, orange cream smoothie, and burns end BBQ and bacon burger. Everything was delicious!!!!"

"Nothing spectacular to note. The food was good, but not life changing. The restaurant was clean with plenty of parking. Our server was friendly but not very attentive for a slower service afternoon. The side of fries I ordered was a pathetic size for the price. This was my second visit to a Red Robin, and I never knew until after I left that they offer bottomless sides. There was no clear mention of this in the menu, nor did the server advise of this at the time of ordering. I left disappointed as I feel that should have been better advertised since that appears to be their thing, but obviously only to the limited few who might frequent them regularly. Besides not knowing this, the food was pretty tasty and presented nicely. The pricing is competitive with most chain restaurants today."

"Maybe they were short staffed? So disappointed. Had to send my daughter's burger back. My sweet potato fries were cold, not even Luke warm. Took about 45 mins to get our meals and it wasn't that crowded. We arrived at 5pm. Took a while to get our sodas refilled too. My teenager's chicken tenders were so overcooked and hard to bite into. We like the swirly mozzarella sticks and their ranch dipping sauce. They don't give too many fries, so ask for the second batch of endless fries right away. Your burger will be gone by the time they come out, but at least you get them."
