"This by far been a terrible experience dealing with this shop. Time and time again, this shop displayed terrible communication, customer service, and turn around time. The ONLY reason why I stayed around like I did. Is simply because, I didn’t have time to search for a new company. The owner (Fred) has terrible customer service & communication skills. The final straw was. I dropped some shirts off at this shop late May to have them embroidered. My family & friends had a trip to Jamaica planned for the end of July. And I truly wanted to wear the shirts on the trip. To make a long story short, I’ve called several times asking about my merchandise. He never picked up the phone, never sent me a text or nothing. I went up to the shop the other day to pick up my shirts. They weren’t done and the owner Fred was hiding from me at his shop. He had on a red shirt that day. He couldn’t even face me Man to Man. This has happened on many of occasions. Do not waste your time or money at this location/ shop. Please Don’t."

"The company I work for has been using EC Sports DMV for the past 10 years. They've done various screen-print and embroidery jobs for us as well as several custom graphics. We couldn't be happier with their responsiveness, quality of work and ability to rush last minute orders when needed. Kudos to Fred and his amazing team!"

"This guy will rip you off. I provided material for him to embroider, he had it for over a year, only finished one piece, and ruined the rest, didn't even offer to compensate for the $50 worth of materials I lost. Also, embroidery was not finished, and the tension was off on his machine. Work looked terrible. We also had screen printing done the was NOTHING like what we ordered (he would not come out when we picked up that order, so there was nothing we could do - and it was on pants WE supplied, so they were all ruined). Then the worst thing was I paid for digitizing of my logo which was a 4' (yes, FEET) x 6' (Feet) original sized logo, and I specified I would be needing both front polo pocket are and back jacket area, in which I PAID to have him digitized. After her screws up and order, I ask for my digitized file to be sent to me so I could find someone to fix it, and he sends me the small polo pocket size and refuses to give me the larger size back (saying that was a separate file her created) and wanted $150. Ummmm.. I sent you a file 10x the size you needed, so you did not have to "make it bigger", but scaling down is NOT difficult. He LIES as to when he will have work done. Then when he messed up my material, he says because I called him in the middle, I messed him up.. when he didn't even have the right size/correct image embroidered on the material. Then he says he was running out of thread and couldn't finish. Oh mind, you... when he messed up, and we go to the shop, he hid upstairs and wouldn't even come down. had his front desk lady doing all his dirty work because he was a coward. We called the cops, and they said even though this is a civil thing and we can (and should pursue it in court), they said the guy was a complete jerk and he was 100% in the wrong. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!!!!!!! BEWARE!"
