"Excellent place to shop! Great prices!"
"The management at this location is horrific and insulting .they are unprofessional and the younger A.A aggressive . The middle age one mild mannered and no direction for those under her . The Hispanic mngr told me I return all of the time . I’m unclear what she is implying since my Ty rtn s are ALWAYS accompanied by a receipt . I will no longer patronize this store and I am reporting this store to cooperate for their inexcusable behavior . The supposed manager in jewelry assisting is RUDE and they have you waiting for extended periods of time to be helped . I complained and then attacked because of it . I felt threatened to the point of calling to report . Again , I will know longer patronize this sore and cooperate will be contacted ."
"The cleanest and kept together T.J. Maxx I have ever been into! The staff is also so nice and sweet! 10/10"
"Great location with a helpful staff. Especially Donna. She went above and beyond trying to locate a mermaid tail blanket for my daughter."
"I genuinely enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx and other TJX stores, but I had a very poor experience here last month. When checking out, I was asked to sign up for a rewards program. This was described strictly as a rewards program. As I was typing in information, I should have picked up that this was more than a rewards program, as it asked for my income and SSN. I was not being as aware as I should have and proceeded to give the information. Turns out, it was a credit card rewards program. I asked to pay another way after realizing and the cashier had already typed in the new card number as the payment method, forcing me to use it. . Legality aside, this is predatory behavior, I now have an inquiry on my credit report, and had to pay off the card and close it. I think credit card reward programs are wonderful, but it is completely inappropriate to misguide shoppers and misrepresent the program."
