"A close friend of mine had a very bad allergic reaction to a different wax that was used Friday the 22cnd 2017. Her eyes swelled shut. She has patches of itchy red skin STILL today and slightly swollen eyes. She had to go to urgicare and get a shot! When brought to the owners attention she never offered a refund or a free service with the wax that she always uses....there was no attempt to reconcile the situation. Disgusting."
