"I’m customer at this store for years but I had a bad experience yesterday. I had a bad customer service. The lady persuaded me to open a store card and gave me 40 percent discount on my purchase. I did the application. I asked her if it’s approved or not. She told me they’ll contact me in 10 business days. Her answer is very irritating. I asked her again if it’s denied or not. She keeps saying it’s not decided yet. So I paid. She told me “If you don’t wanna buy it , you can cancel the purchase! ” in a very rude way. she is very disrespectful! She was very rude. She thought we were like ignorants. She clearly shows that she doesn’t care."

"The staff is very friendly. The store however is complete and utter chaos. They have women’s, men’s and children’s section but limited in all areas. If you want a tee shirt or sweatshirt with the GAP logo on it this would be the place to go but if not you would be better off at the sale rack at a regular GAP store."
