"I chose HL Granite and Cabinets based off reviews and location. Sandy answered the phone and I felt quite comfortable. Although, it was a sticker shock to find out the price increases since we last had cabinets and counters installed (different state in 2017), Sandy kindly gave our options for more cost effective cabinet makers. They even gave us a swell deal to shift our kitchen cabinets down to be able to bring our refrigerator from one side to the other (as we originally were limited to a 30 in wide fridge). The photos aren't in the order to easily understand the before and after look. We are very happy with our choice. Our bathroom cabinets are such an upgrade from before, much more storage, and have soft-closed drawers. We chose a white quartz for cost and a clean look. Please talk with Sandy for your future needs."

"I'm giving HL Granite two stars only because the granite itself was beautiful. But their customer service and professionalism left much to be desired and rate only one star. The day after the installation of a piece of granite on my kitchen cook top island, I visited their office to show from my pics that there was some slight discoloration on the surface of the granite where it met the replaced cook top. This was fall of 2021. The customer service rep (Henry I believe) said he'd send someone over. Once the technician who did the installation returned to address my complaint, it was clear he didn't seem to understand what I was trying to say about the flaw I saw in the installation. He barely understood or spoke English, kept trying to tell me that the discoloration was water (which made no sense because I could have wiped that off) or oil residue from the cooktop (which should have been wiped before they placed it back on the granite) and then he sprayed something on the surface of the countertop, wiped it and then literally ran out my front door! Leaving behind the spray bottle that contained who knows what, maybe sealant. I ran to the door to give him back his bottle and then he drove off. It was clear that my issue was not going to be resolved. I had a conversation with Henry afterwards that also went nowhere. I actually loved the granite piece and was considering having the rest of my kitchen counter tops done using that same slab. But after the lousy and unprofessional response to my issue about the one job, no way was I spending even more money with this firm. They are not MHIC licensed and it made no sense to send someone to my home who could barely speak or understand English well enough to even understand what my complaint was about. Insofar as my complaint was never satisfactorily addressed by anyone at HL Granite, I would not recommend this company under any circumstances."

"We have been using HL for years. Sandy has always been my salesperson and she is fantastic to work with. She is always very clear in her explanations. The work is perfection, and I am VERY picky! They have done two bathrooms, an entire kitchen and all of the countertops over the years. Fast and at a great price point as well."

"Henry had good customer service when planning my family's kitchen renovation together. However the actual contractors themselves did flimsy job in the renovation. For example for our kitchen cabinets they put in nails so flimsily that the doors are about to fall off on most of our cabinets after about a week. Will probably not recommend this place 2 months later: a piece of wood below the sink fell out and now it leaks water at the edge of sink. Poor craftsmanship"

"First Class operation! These guys are great and the customer service is excellent. I challenge you to find a more efficient operation with their competitive prices. The installers were impressive. We are really excited about our new HL Granite kitchen and know that we saved thousands in the process."
