As someone who prefers a smooth, bald look, I thought I'd give Roosters a try, only to be met with exorbitant prices and abysmal customer service. Upon entering the establishment, I requested a simple head shave, expecting a reasonable charge. To my astonishment, the price tag attached to this basic service was nothing short of outrageous. The groomer assured me of a reduced cost, but when I reached the checkout counter, I was slapped with a bill totaling a whopping $100.00. Adding insult to injury, a $20.00 tip was automatically included, pushing the cost even higher. Hoping to resolve this issue, I emailed the store manager, but my attempts were met with frustration. Multiple email exchanges were required just to establish that I had indeed received a service. The manager's lack of concern was evident, as he failed to thoroughly investigate my complaint. Despite my clear dissatisfaction, he refused to provide a partial refund for the services not rendered. To add insult to injury, the manager's proposed solution was a paltry rebate off my next service. This was not only unacceptable but also a clear indication of the company's disregard for customer satisfaction. I promptly expressed my discontent and declared that I would never return. Roosters Men's Grooming Center's business model is a mystery to me, considering the exorbitant prices, lackluster customer service, and an utter disregard for customer complaints. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a disappointing and costly experience."
