Her haircut quality is very bad, unprofessional in many aspects, she rushed her haircuts and I now have uneven hair. She even gave me a different haircut than what I asked for! If anything she should be fired."
"They ruined my hair… I had to cut out my hair because they over processed my hair. Jenny who was doing my hair, definitely did not know what she was doing. After bleaching my hair she kept touching and pulling and brushing my hair. My hair at this point was braking a lot, her hand was full of my hair, I told her please dont touch or blow dry my hair many times.. but she didn’t listen and i kept loosing more of my hair. Now I dont know what to do with my hair. I start a new job soon and my head looks like a bird’s nest."
