Wendy's

"Being generous giving a two. Apparently they hire people unable to read. I orded my sandwich with NO LETTUCE, Everytime, but for some reason this location doesn't know how to read a order bcus I get LETTUCE every time."

"I bought my usual 2 large chilies in the drive-thru. Bag was packaged nice, and service with a smile. But... it's not the chili I've been eating for over 20 years! Bland taste and the meat had a mushy consistency. I don't mind when restaurants charge more. However, when they do, and then skimp on the ingredients, not good. I've noticed that even fine restaurants are doing it. I actually came home and made my own pot of chili."

"Very extremely friendly people. Since the big Wendy's that everyone goes to that's on the main drag there this one you can't even see unless you're in the strip mall parking lot the signs barely visible from the main biggest road. You guys should really fix that sign because the only reason we found it is because we went to the first Wendy's and they said they're not open . Not satisfied with that answer We ran around through the drive-thru again and asked do you know when you'll be open and we're told we have no idea we're working our hardest. So we looked for another Wendy's and had no idea this one was there even though I had just been in this parking lot the day before at the pet store. So kudos to you guys for being open and for being so very nice. I personally didn't get anything to eat but the person I was with did. And I'm pretty sure he was very satisfied. With kindness like that you should be a waitress. You would make so much more money cash money."

"Wilkes-Barre restaurant. Food was cold and I mean cold. Fries was greasey and limp. Hamburger wasn't fully cooked and cold. Should of gotten my money back. Maybe they can use it to pay for their lawyer's when they go bankrupt. Never Never again"

"The food is a hit or miss. Some days/times it’s so good it’s something you want everyday. Then there’s sometimes it’s making you so sick. Stomach pains even diarrhea. I guess it’s more of you gotta know who’s cooking. They are also good at not giving you all your stuff an still getting snotty saying they gave you everything even though they DID NOT. Or real good at giving you something you didn’t even order. But it’s always worth less then you paid. So basically you always get robbed here. Employees most times are trash. But that’s a hit or miss too. Sometimes there’s really nice people working. I just always recommend Wilkes barres Wendy’s near Walmart an Chick-fil-A if you want Wendy’s an don’t wanna waste your money."
