"This is a brand new location, of course they're going to be busy. I've been here several times since opening and the service and food has been perfect every time. Very fresh and flavourful. I also noticed it's very clean. All the ingredients stay in their sections and you don't end up with bits of things you didn't want. We ordered catering from this location and there was a mix up in the delivery, so they didn't have enough ingredients in the building for the order. The manager Matt literally drove to another location after a snowstorm to get the ingredients and communicated with me throughout everything. It was literally the best customer service you could ask for. This is a good location with great food and employees. 95% of these bad reviews are for issues they can't control or the growing pains of opening a new location, don't listen to them."
