He was always ready to answer questions and give us space to test and confer when we needed to, which made the experience of purchasing an expensive item as pain free as it can be. After that we kept our living situation in mind as we purchased items to ensure we received the purchases at separate addresses which i wouldnt have thought to ask. I would very highly recommend."
