"HORRIBLE .!!! HORRIBLE !!!HORRIBLE.! Everytime I come here it has ALWAYS BEEN A ISSUE. But this time was the worst. The lobster was not cooked at all to where you could have easily noticed it . My salmon was not cooked complete and my mash potatoes were cold . I’ve asked my waitress for my glass of water three different times and she finally brings it when I decided to get up and leave . My husband ordered the endless shrimp and only had a chance to eat once and his second round came while we were putting our coats on . We still left our waitress a tip because hey it’s not her fault . But moving forward this red lobster lost us as customers"

"It’s been a long time since I been to this location and we had a great time food was good and server was very nice ! I would come back!"

"After looking over the selection of draft beer I ordered one. She replied would you like a glass with that? I said I ordered a draft. She replied, we have no draft beer. It took 15 minutes to get a diet Pepsi, can of beer and 3 biscuits. She took our order and 30 minutes later still no food, so we asked for more biscuits and she replied the kitchen was backed up. I observed that people who came in 20 minutes after us were getting biscuits and appetizers. It has now been an hour and I was finishing my beer and still no food or biscuits. I had to call her over and ask where the biscuits and food were. She indifferently replied the kitchen was backed up would I like another beer? She left and I got up and explained to the manager that our waitress had only provided us with one drink and 3 biscuits for over an hour while providing the people around us who came in later with biscuits, appetizers and entrees. The manager stepped in and brought us biscuits and had our dinner delivered within 10 minutes. All this time the waitress showed no concern for our poor service. This was by far the worst service I have ever had in any restaurant. Fried shrimp was served with our orders and no tarter sauce was served even after asking for extra tarter sauce with the original order. We had to ask for it. I left no tip for probably the first time ever. On the way out I told the manager there was no excuse for the bad service we received while all those around us were getting normal service and finishing before we even got a biscuit refill and dinner. I am still baffled as to what the waitresses problem was. She exhibited no warmth or concern for our comfort or experience. Just indifference."

"Had the Endless Shrimp for$20. It was delicious!! Our server was very friendly and attentive. She asked if I wanted a'refill' for any of the 5 choices as soon as I was nearing the end of the first 2 so I knew she was glancing over to see how we were doing; instead of coming to the table and constantly asking if "everything was okay?" I prefer it that way. She was attentive but not overbearing. We went to the DICKSON CITY, PA restaurant and it was a little disorganized. The hostess walked away from us twice saying "I'll be with you in one minute" so she could go off somewhere for something. We were seated by another server. There were small puddles of spills all over and straw wrappers that remained there until after we left."

"Wait staff was great - the kitchen however… got very little right. It was like the cook didn’t care about service. None of the steaks were correct temps. The flounder looked like a fried egg. Lobster tail was pathetic. The bathrooms were disgusting and one soap dispenser was empty (well, the woman’s room was, see pics). When asked to speak to the manager, she was very apologetic and discounted some of the meal. The kitchen needs a re-vamp I think."
