"I can’t recommend The Spa in Ligonier highly enough! I planned a spa day for my friend’s bachelorette party and the staff made the whole planning process seamless. From the start, they were incredibly communicative and made me feel involved in every step of planning. On the actual day of the bachelorette party, the staff made sure that no detail was missed. They set us up in the relaxation room and provided everything we had forgotten to bring for our snacks. I personally got a 90 minute massage and it was amazing! All of the girls were raving about their services too. I can’t wait to go back and try more treatments! If you are thinking about booking a treatment here, do not hesitate as you will be in the best hands!"

She discussed my wants and needs from the massage experience then proceeded with the visit. Rachel was extremely professional and although I have issues with trusting unfamiliar people she made my massage a relaxing experience. "I received a gift certificate for my birthday in August 2020. I was nervous about going during a pandemic but it would turn out I had nothing to worry! The facility is beautiful, and so clean! Staff wearing masks and have cleaning products available and used in front of clients. The massage was phenomenal! Rachel made sure to review medical questionnaire prior to starting and followed up with any questions. Very professional staff, beautiful atmosphere, I just recently returned for a second massage and then experience was the same! Great quality, so relaxing and a phenomenal experience!"
