"I usually rate Italian restaurants on how well they do the basics so I had spaghetti and marinara. I think I got thin spaghetti and too much (Maybe good for some people) and probably the worst marinara (watery and totally lacking in flavor) I've ever had. Others in the party seemed to like their meals though."
"To me, it is just a diner. Perhaps it always was; just now with more parking since I was last there. However, service was great and the young women were very helpful. Though the private back room was small, they accommodated a recent family party/dinner and there were 18 of us. They stored and helped us serve a larger than normal cake. (Warm plates, forks, a large knife, a pie server and napkins were provided. We cut and served the cake.) I was just disappointed with the side salad and quality of the food I ordered. The parking was ample and very close. Just overall, underwhelmed."
"Great place for homemade food. We were a large group and were set up in the back dining area. Nice, quite! Waitress did a great job, and service was excellent. I ordered the pastie which came with a salad. Pastie was nice size. Filled with ground meat. Beware is not like the Polish variety."
