"When trying to rent something, was told by the associate that she had called me 4 times about my application. This was a bold faced lie as 2 of the of the phone calls were on the day the application was started to get the ball rolling. One other phone call was made 2 days before that since I had started the application online. It had been almost a week and there was a text sent to me to call the store. So when I called, the associate wasn't at work that day, someone else tells me that she is still trying to verify some info. On the 8th day of waiting, I text the number that text me and asked about the application. The first response was "who"? . Then when I restated who I was and what I wanted, I was told that she was not at the store and would have to call me back. The call back came, I missed it, I called back later that day. And when I was told she had tried to call me 4 times to let me know, I said um, that's a lie. Then she wouldn't tell me what was wrong with the application, calling it a conflict of interest. Was told to try again in 2 or 3 weeks. She called me liar, saying she has notes to prove when she called, I checked my call log. Other than the initial start up, I had 1 phone call and that was all from her."
