"WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THE STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! There were nothing but children at this location playing around. Ordered my shoes while I was in the store, the children didn’t know what they were doing. They didn’t even confirm my shipping address but I didn’t notice until the next day! I called customer service…they stated that they couldn’t do anything until I wasn’t taking no for an answer. The package was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted them again about the shoes. Customer service mentioned that they would ship out a new order. And that they would provide me with tracking numbers via email. They kept lying to me telling that they would provide a new pair at the corrects address and that it would be delivered . I had to call customer service numerous of times. I was never emailed anything. No updates or nothing. I called this final time and they mention that I would have to wait another 1-2 days for tacking info. I demanded a refund."

"I walked in there to buy at least 4 pair of shoes. The girl helping was nice for a minute. Then she disappeared for a bit. Came back and couldnt figure out what shoes she had a certain size in. I asked her to check for another shoe in this particular size. As she was walking toward the back she started talking to someone else instead of doing her job. I will go to a different store."
