"This place is awful anymore. I used to go here for my lunch breaks but anymore you can’t even get your food never mind eat it in under 30 minutes. There’s always only one worker and he or she moves at a snails pace. Every time I’ve been here recently half the people walk out of the line because it takes so long. Just take the extra 5 minutes to drive to Taylor, you’ll still be in and out in less time than waiting here."

"Ordered twice from here online. 1st time they were out of bread. 2nd time I ordered 3 sandwiches and onle 1 had meat. Called multiple times and left multiple messages with no word back. Go to another subway."

"Got the order wrong. Tried to over charge for a whole extra sub that wasn't ordered or in the bag. Argued when i pointed it out. So sad the good subway near walmart was having computer issues today. I should have just waited until they were up and running for good service"

"Horrible location. Should have known better than go here, I usually go to Keyser Avenue-those people are GREAT ordered online, 2 subs, 2 salads. Daughter picked up, and at home we open the bag and find no lettuce in our salads, just meat & dressing!! WHAT ‽????? SO on the phone I go, ask what the he'll, and he says I ordered a protein bowl... WHAT??? My receipt says SALAD!!! Here's the kicker. No refund, but says COME BACK with the two bowls of meat and he'll put salad in the bowl!!! WHAT???? He could have refunded those 2 salads, or make 2 new salads that are ready when we get there after 10+ minute drive HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICe, DONT GO HERE"
