"I'm going to rank this average. The drive thru attendant was professional, forgot to give me my drink, so I parked walked in stood there watching the crew work the line look at me standing there never said hi or acknowledged I was there. I did not see anyone who would resemble a manager so I politely got the drive thru attendants attention and got my drink. Now I got the cheesy steak burrito with nacho fries with was very delicious. My GF ordered 3 soft chicken tacos which were good and 3 beef tacos. The beef tacos were very greasy to a point the hard chell fell apart. As a former fast food restaurant manager these hard tacos should not have been served. I would have rather waited a few minutes longer for new ones. Other then this we have been in your restaurant multiple times and never had an issue."
