"Great place for a quick burger and fries. Delicious desserts. Plenty of parking and restrooms fairly good condition. Service definitely needs improving. Usually with a smile but takes a while to be seen, order, delivered and cleaned up. Just dont be in a hurry. I'll be back again despite the slow pro active service."
"Started off great, went downhill quickly. Got seated immediately. We sit down first thing we both notice is the restaurant is freezing. Ceiling fans are spinning at high speed above our head literally causing a windchill factor. It’s 20 degrees out can they not afford heat? I’m usually a hot sweaty person. Server Madison arrives quickly. Takes the drink and appetizer order. Brings back drinks and takes the order. As I drink my soda I look at the nasty cup (see attached photo). I’ve picked up cleaner cups from the gutters in front of the business I manage lol. Cups are not that expensive! When they look like dumpster quality it’s time to replace them! Gross! Finally after 20 min the bugers come. Notice I didn’t mention the appetizer… that never came. Server never ordered it and never mentioned it. Burgers were hot but charcoal black on the bottom! Fries barely warm and not seasoned as they usually are. She did ask about fry refills and the second batch of fries were excellent! Server was very nice but seems all Red Robin’s have a thing for hiring servers that have zero experience and are barely old enough to serve a drink. The service level shows! I’m not expecting fine dining quality but remembering to order food is literally basic as can be. If she’s wondering why she only got 10% it’s not because I’m cheap, I usually tip 25-30%, it’s because I am at a point where I’ve decided to stop rewarding terrible service just because I feel bad! Best way to earn high gratuities is to actually sell food not forget to. She literally greeted us and other tables by saying “how are you doing this afternoon” it was dark outside and 6:30 at night lol…. Red Robin in Hershey Pa is just as bad anymore. Used to love this chain but I think I’ll just skip it for a few months and hope it’s not just another great restaurant that’s fails from poor management. Do better!"
"Love your food, atmosphere and service. Our experience in Hamburg PA today (where we stop for lunch once or twice a month) was horrible. Our waitress Sara was great as was the food. We were at a table and the waitress for a table of 4 next to us spent almost half our meal talking about her farm, animals, dogs, land at my ear level. She wanted a Hereford and her husband did not get her one for Christmas because it was too much money etc etc…. We heard this at least three times. We tried to laugh but it did not stop. We had to raise our voices to talk but then just ate. We felt sorry for her other tables. Please ask your staff and servers just to focus on customer service and quality food - that’s what we love about you and what you do best!!!! First time ever complained by the by really at any restaurant"
"I come here every time my boyfriend and I go out on a date and it's always a lovely time. One word of advice: ask for the fries to come with no salt and then see if you can add some yourself. I was left unable to finish mine last time because some of the fries had clumps of salt that had to be wiped off. Other than that, the servers are always friendly and deserving of all the tips!"
