"We just ordered and they completely forgot to give us an item and we went back in got what we ordered and went home to find all 8 of our soft tacos were not only a sloppy wet mess, but all of them were not what we ordered. For one, 4 of them had a ton of sour cream on them that no one order which was totally disgusting, and the other four was simply meat and cheese and it said that on the screen and on our receipt, they just didn't care it seems. They were filled with more lettuce than meat and they weren't supposed to have lettuce at all. The ones with sour cream were literally mostly sour cream which soaked through to the outside of the soft tacos leaving them inedible and just wet. Clearly no one knows what they are doing there because it's not like we had an overly complicated order. It's just run by teenagers that don't know how to follow directions and get orders correctly. Probably wont be going back here and if we do, will be picking apart our order knowing they can't be trusted to get an order correct. Very disappointed in this taco bell. No one wants gross wet tacos with stuff on them that no one ordered."

"This is the best Taco Bell in the area. The service is always great, even though they are often super busy or understaffed. The food is almost always fresh tasting and fast. I've had a small problem once or twice and they always resolve the issue quickly and easily. If you want that Taco Bell, this that Taco Bell."
