"We rented two ebikes for the day and had a fantastic time riding up to New Freedom PA. The electric assist worked great and made getting up the hills on our ~14 mile roundtrip fast and easy for us. Somewhere near the PA state line we saw a man chasing a runaway pig, it was great! The bikes are pedal-assist but do also have a throttle that gives you a boost from 0 - 4mph in case you forgot to shift the gears down before stopping. Great feature! I've rented janky bicycles before so it was a welcome surprise how well kept up John's rental fleet is, the bikes worked flawlessly and came with convenient saddlebags that easily carried my stuff. Highly recommend!"

"Pedego E-bikes in Monkton is incredible. Recently I was visiting the Baltimore area, with the intention to ride and explore the trails, when I realized I had a flat tire. I had previously heard that Pedego-Monkton provided excellent service so I contacted them & spoke to Brian Koop, head mechanic at Pedego-Monkton. He was fantastic and offered to repair my bike immediately!!!! Once I arrived at the shop, Brian not only fixed the flat tire, he noticed the derailer was slightly out of sink and fixed that as well !!! I was also fortunate to talk to John, the owner. He provided great tips on fun & exciting places to tour and provided lots of suggestions re maintaining the bike. I have never experienced such fantastic customer service. I highly recommend visiting Perego Monkton if you have any interest in considering an E bike!"

"John at Pedego B-more County is simply the best! I stopped in unannounced because of a slight lag I was feeling with the pedal assist on my Platinum Interceptor. John helped get the bike off my truck and took it for a ride to better understand the problem. In under an hour he pulled it apart, adjusted something near my pedals (reminded me of open heart surgery for my bike), put it back together, test rode it again, and had me out and on my way! I'm so thankful for his generosity and outrageous customer service. Seriously, this shop is the best!"
