"We bought a sofa from Love Sac in South Hills Village mall. We liked the way the "firm" couch cushions felt. They offer 3 types of cushions....really soft, kind of firm, and firm. We're waiting for our sofa to be delivered. We got notification that our sofa has been shipped already, & we just purchased it yesterday!! They ship thru FedEx. This furniture is a bit pricey, but their guarantee is pretty good."

"I was promised delivery in two weeks. I was then not notified that there was a backorder on my covers. I was told to just deal with it. Then when I asked for appeasement I was refused. I returned my order. Then after $5000 and a new order of new covers,not the ones I wanted, I have to wait another two weeks. I only bought this cause my wife rally wanted it. Otherwise don't deal with this company."
