"Went in today and there are so many sections to this business it was confusing where to go to ask for a simple thing like a tube. The guy on the phone seemed to know exactly what I wanted. The guy when I got there was lost. I left with the wrong part. Sent my gf to get the right part and while the one they gave me fit, it wasn’t what I asked for. There was really no attention to me when I walked in and I find that half discomforting. I would have bought a surron today (4500$ at a reputable shop) if they had them but I don’t even know. I was in a rush but I would have bought a second bike if they had them for the girl that came in to get my tube. They all seemed happy talking to each other over greeting people at the door. Doubt they had one but beside the point. I’ll be back tomorrow to return the wrong tube and will give them another star upon refund. Still not sure I’d go back."
