"Called day before. Spoke to owner who I've dealt with before. At least 3-4 times. Me: I need to transfer a rifle to Arizona, what do I need? Owner: Drivers license and the rifle. Arrive next day after hour commute. I'm here to transfer the rifle. Owner: We don't do outgoing. Me: I called yesterday and spoke to someone about this? Owner: I'm the only employee. I only receive, not ship. Left wondering how I could be told to bring a rifle if I was looking to receive it? Not sure if lazy or stupid but I'll never use shop again. Half service, easy money only joke shop with low end inventory."
